Karen Snepp

Vice Chair

Living in downtown Kirkland, Karen loves her easy access to the range of shows at the Kirkland Performance Center, for which she is a past member of its Marketing Committee. Her favorite park is Juanita Bay, where she can complete her daily walk while also pursuing her passion for birding; look for the walker with the binoculars around her neck!

A past member of the EvergreenHealth Foundation board, she continues to support its hospice and palliative care services as a member of its Meaningful Medicine fundraising luncheon planning committee.

In addition to contributing marketing and research expertise to KCF from her career in consumer research, Karen brings board experience through her years volunteering with The Compassionate Friends, the nation’s largest self-help organization in support of families following the death of a child. Serving in memory of her brother Dave, Karen is past national president of TCF, Inc., and served six years as secretary of TCF Foundation, Inc.

When not volunteering or out observing the birds, Karen enjoys attending sheepdog trials, traveling and golfing with friends and family.
